SPECTRO POLICIES

The policies have been framed to maintain the consistency with SPECTRO'S work activities, ethics, and shared values. We are committed to continual improvement in our Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSES) performance and the identification of hazards associated with our operations and to reduce to a level of acceptable risk.

The prime objective of the management and employees of SPECTRO is to provide equipment and services in a manner, which confirms to our clients requirements and all applicable regulatory requirements. In order to achieve this objective, it becomes important to set policy of our company to maintain an effective Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, Security and Quality Management System.

Spectro`s Test Report Terms & Condition:

1. Total liability of our laboratory is a limited to the invoiced amount. No liability will be accepted after the sample is Taken back.

2. The result given on Test Report refer only to the tested samples and applicable Parameters. Endorsement of product is neither inferred nor implied.

3. The sample description is not verified in all cases and is given "As Described by customers". Sample not drawn by us and Analysis conducted on "As received basis". unless specified otherwise.

4. Sample will be destroyed after one month unless instructed otherwise.

5. Any complaints about the Test Report should be communicated in writing within 7 days of issue of the Report.

6. The Test Report is not to be reproduced wholly or in parts and cannot be used as an evidence in a court of law and Shall not be used in adverting media without our permission in writing.

Environmental Policy & Secutity Statement

As an environmental safety conscious organization, specifically SPECTRO shall commit to the following, Comply with applicable environmental laws & regulations. Set internal requirements to ISO 14001:2004.

Comply with Internationally recognised safety standards along with the appropriate work site security policies.

Systematically integrate safeguards and security into management and work practices at all levels, so that our company activities are accomplished in a safe and secure manner.

Apply practices and control technologies that mimimize pollution to an acceptable level.

As appropriate, take corrective action where past practices have harmed the environment.

Prevent pollution through reuse, recycling and reduction.

Ensure prompt actions are taken to situations endangering employees, customers, the general public and the environment as a result of our activities.

Ensure continuous improvement in our activities to prevent pollution of air, land and water.

Social Accountability Policy
SPECTRO are committed to Confrom to all the requirements of standard SA80000 & EU regulation 1408/71.

SPECTRO complies with minimum age laws and requirement and does not employ child labour.

SPECTRO provides a safe and healthy working environment at Laboratories, and take adequate steps to prevent accidents and injury to health by minimizing the cause of hazards in the working environment.

SPECTRO ensures that no workers are exposed in situations inside or otside the workplace that are hazardous, unsafe or unhealthy.

SPECTRO compensates its workers with wage and benefits that meet or exceed the legally required minimum wages as applicable.

SPECTRO does not require employees to work more than minimum hours of daily labour as applicable by Local Authorities.

SPECTRO prohibits Smoking/Tobacco, mental or physical harassment and verbal & physical abuse or the threat of any of foregoing.

Spectro’s Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in satisfying our customers. The Testing services we provide, we believe that is the best customer can get at the price. Our cancellation and refund policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to cancel the Testing. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order or issue of booking ID to the customer whichever is earlier, although substitutions may be permitted. Reason pertaining to the cancellation shall be provided at the time of cancellation of the Job. Refunds will not be provided if cancellation is not done within the stipulated time.

A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 4 working days and fees refunded within 15 working days, subject to this Refund Policy. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any services at Spectro. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we provide.


Mode of Refund
For the cancelled orders, the refund amount will be credited back into the same account that was used to make the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through cheque.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07-10 working days

Delivery / Shipping Policy

Delivery time of report(s) may vary by the nature of testing. It will be given by email after sample registration will be done in our office.
